Processing Times:
We are open Monday through Friday, closed weekends & holidays. Packages are typically shipped 2-3 business days from the time of order. Tuesday through Thursday, we offer same day shipping if your order is placed before 2:00 pm, central time. Delivery times are dependent on your location. If you require a constant supply of your favorite tobacco products, we recommend ordering ahead of time. *Cigars and pipe tobacco are ordered fresh from suppliers and may require an extra day or two before shipping.
At this time, due to federal regulation, we are unable to ship to the state of Minnesota.
Tracking Numbers:
When an order is placed online, an email confirmation will be sent. After the order has been packaged, the link in your order confirmation email will update with the UPS tracking number. Orders placed over the phone will have a tracking number emailed if the request is made. If you do not see a confirmation email after placing an order, check your spam/junk mail folder, check any other email addresses, then add our email address to your contact list - ryoquestions@yahoo.com. This will ensure receipt of your package's order updates. If the shipping address entered at time of checkout is incorrect and undeliverable, the shipper is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
