Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days Monday – Friday (weekend not included). Please choose shipping methods in accordance with order processing times. Shipping times start after the processing period. If you require a constant supply of your favorite tobacco product, we recommend ordering ahead of time.

When an order is placed online, an email confirmation will be sent. After the order has been packaged, another email will be sent with the UPS tracking number or US Postal Service ship date. Orders placed over the phone will have a tracking number emailed if the request is made.
