Order Processing: RYOcigarette.com is committed to shipping your order quickly and accurately. All orders are typically processed within 1-3 days Monday – Friday. Please choose your shipping method in accordance with order processing times. Shipping times start after the processing period, weekends not included.

P.O. Box Shipments: All shipments addressed to a P.O. Box must be shipped through USPS. The billed amount will reflect USPS charges if UPS is chosen. If an invalid address is entered and the shipment is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Exchanges: All exchanges must be pre-authorized by a phone call and shipped back to us within 30 days. We cannot accept open or used products nor give partial credits. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned product. Reshipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Purchasing: Entering this site constitutes your "digital signature" and acknowledges that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to all of our policies. All products offered for sale on this site are to be used in the appropriate manner for which they are legally intended. All related tobacco smoking items and accessories listed for sale in this site are strictly for tobacco use only.

Other: Order cancellations must be made over the phone. All Clearance items are sold as “final sale” which are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are not liable for packages lost in shipment. USPS shipments are not insured.
